Shipping Services
Within Australia, our packages are delivered by Australia Post - ensuring a reliable and trusted service for your order. At checkout, you'll be able to select from a range of delivery options including so you can choose what best suits your needs.
Shipping Rates
We're pleased to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over AUD $79, or over $99 when shipping to Western Australia.
For all other orders, a Standard rate of $10 is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing
To ensure prompt delivery, all orders placed before 12pm AEST are packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Please note:
- Once your order has been submitted, we're unable to make changes to the items in your order due to our streamlined processing times.
- If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist, address changes may not always be possible once an order has entered processing.

During peak holiday and sale periods, Australia Post can experience delays with their delivery service, please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery time estimates for your area.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details and delivery information. You can track your order online with your tracking ID on the Australia Post website here.
After receiving your dispatch notification, please allow 2–10 business days for your order to arrive.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been collected by Australia Post and left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. While K9 Feline Natural is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit, we're always here to support you.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is not located, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery area (porches, mailrooms, neighbours)
- Contacting Australia Post directly for the most accurate information
